OSWEGO COUNTY, N.Y. -- A Fulton man is facing burglary and arson charges for two separate incidents. The Oswego County Sheriff's Office arrested Brandon Flynn, 29, and charged him with third degree burglary and petit larceny.

Investigators say he broke into a building and stole money from an organization in the town of Volney in May. At the same time, authorities arrested Flynn for allegedly setting fire to a vehicle in Volney. He's charged with third-degree arson and second-degree criminal mischief in that case.

Flynn was arraigned and sent to the Oswego County Jail on $5,000 cash bail.
