PREBLE, N.Y. -- A Town of Preble man remains in critical condition after he was pinned under a farm tractor Monday.

Police say David Sherman, 31, of Preble, was dragging logs with a tractor when it flipped over and landed on his chest. It happened Monday afternoon.

It took crews several minutes to move the heavy equipment from Sherman's body.

A helicopter took him to Upstate University Hospital where he is listed in critical condition.
