Fort Drum
A Fort Drum soldier has been killed in Iraq. The Milwaukee, Wisconsin Journal Sentinel is reporting that Specialist Robert Rieckhoff, 26, was killed by a rocket-propelled grenade Thursday.

A traffic stop in Jefferson County leads to a major drug bust. It happened on I-81 in the Town of Ellisburg. The Metro-Jeff Drug Task Force says 160 bags of heroin were recovered from the vehicle.
