The largest County in New York State is Saint Lawrence County. And with the size comes a variety of diverse villages and towns, some based on lumbering, pulp and paper or another industry. But the Village of Heuvelton's claim to fame tastes quite a bit better. Heuvelton's dairy history dates back to the 1800s and it's still going strong.
