Day four in Oxley murder trial
Day four of the Wayne Oxley's murder trial brought testimony about the search of the defendant's home.
Oxley, 40, of Ogdensburg is accused of beating his neighbor, Bernard Trickey, to death in August 2005.
An investigator from the Ogdensburg Police Department who took the stand Thursday said Oxley appeared fidgety before police searched his home. A retired detective on the case that assisted in the search said he saw a wet mop along with a baseball bat and bloody paper towel in the basement.
