Blood, DNA evidence presented at Oxley trial
As Wayne Oxley’s murder trial continued Friday, blood and DNA evidence was presented to the jury.
Oxley, 40, of Ogdensburg, faces charges of second degree murder. Police say he beat his neighbor, Bernard Trickey, to death with a baseball bat in August 2005.

A New York State Police investigator took the stand and testified that she took several blood samples from Oxley's home, including spots on his driveway and door. Trickey's home, also the location where he was murdered, is located several houses away from Oxley's.
The trial continues Tuesday.
