During the search, police say they found one ounce of cocaine, a loaded handgun, a loaded assault rifle, and more than $5,000 cash. They also found scales, packaging materials, and cutting agents for cocaine.

Terry McGregor and Melanie Spoon were each charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance. McGregor was additionally charged with two counts of criminal possession of a weapon.

McGregor and Spoon were both arraigned and sent to St. Lawrence County Jail $50,000 bail.

A third person was arrested for possessing marijuana.
