SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- Four passengers involved in the fatal crash of a double decker bus last year in Syracuse have now filed lawsuits. The lawsuits seek more than $50,000 each in compensation from both the bus company and the driver.

An Onondaga County grand jury is also going to be asked to look at possible criminal charges against the driver and CSX, the railroad company that owns the bridge.

The Megabus hit the railroad bridge on the Onondaga Lake Parkway back in September after getting lost as it was traveling from Philadelphia to Toronto.

Four of the 28 passengers were killed. The driver and other passengers were hurt in the crash.
