ONONDAGA COUNTY, N.Y. -- The driver of the Megabus that crashed into a bridge on the Onondaga Lake Parkway is scheduled to be arraigned on criminal charges Monday morning in Onondaga County Court.
John Tomaszewski was driving the bus from Philadelphia to Syracuse back in September and missed a turn into the Regional Transportation Center. The bus proceeded down Onondaga Lake Parkway, hitting a CSX railroad bridge overpass.
Four people were killed and more than 20 others hurt when the double-decker bus hit the low bridge.
There is no word yet on what charges Tomaszewski will face.
