With the unusually warm weather, many people made their way to Thompson Park, saying it is the perfect place to spend a sunny day, especially with winter right around the corner.

"We knew it was going to be a nice day but we didn't realize just how nice it was going to be," one person said.

"I was expecting to go out with a jacket or hoodie, but it warmed up, so it's good," another person said.

Unfortunately, that warm weather won't stick around long.
