JEFFERSON COUNTY, N.Y. -- Jefferson County Sheriff's Deputies have arrested three people for shoplifting more than $1,500 worth of merchandise from the Target on Town Center Drive in Watertown.

Deputies charged Monique Aguon Ortiz-Farney, 25, Andrew Bombard, 20, and Juan Benedict, 25, with grand larceny.

Bombard and Ortiz-Farney were also charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance.

All three were arraigned in Watertown town court. Deputies say additional charges are pending.
