ST. LAWRENCE COUNTY, N.Y. -- Jury selections continued for a fourth day in the Wayne Oxley murder re-trial.

Three more jurors were seated Thursday, bringing the total to 10 jurors so far.

St. Lawrence County's commissioner of jurors says more than 100 additional jurors were summoned Thursday, but because of poor weather conditions, only about 70 showed up.

Oxley is on trial for a third time for the death of Bernard Trickey Jr. Oxley is accused of beating Trickey to death with a baseball bat at his home in Ogdensburg back in 2005. The two were neighbors at the time.

The first trial resulted in a conviction in 2006, but it was later overturned. The second trial ended in a hung jury.

This trial is expected to last several weeks.
