LERAY, N.Y. -- Police release new information about a serious crash that sent three people to the hospital in the Town of LeRay. It happened late Saturday morning along Route 342.

Police said Ian Olley of Watertown failed to yield the right of way and collided head-on with another vehicle. Olley told police his windshield wipers weren't working properly and he was unable to see.

He was issued a traffic ticket.
