JEFFERSON COUNTY, N.Y. -- The jury has been seated in Jefferson County Court for the trial of Fort Drum soldier Krista Goley.

The 25-year-old has been charged with second degree manslaughter in the stabbing death of her boyfriend, Timothy Rolland, 21, back in 2010.

Police say Goley stabbed Rolland in the left chest at their apartment on 111 East Lynde Street. Rolland was pronounced dead at Samaritan Medical Center about 20 minutes later.
