TIOGA COUNTY, N.Y. -- State Police made an arrest in a double stabbing in Tioga County. They said Jeremy Frisbie, 29, got into a fight with two people Monday around 8 p.m. at a home in the Town of Barton, stabbing them both.

Frisbie then fled into a wooded area and was later picked up by police at a home in Sayre, Pennsylvania.

One victim underwent surgery at Robert Packard Hospital in Pennsylvania, and is currently in the intensive care unit. The second victim was treated at the scene for a laceration.

Charges against Frisbie are pending in both New York and Pennsylvania as the investigation continues.
