SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- The view outside of Destiny USA is looking a little bit different these days. Construction crews installed the pedestrian bridge on Sunday morning that will connect the mall to its parking lots that sit across the street on the other side of Hiawatha Boulevard. Once complete, the bridge will extend right into the second floor of the expansion. The work should be completed by early August.
