CLINTON, N.Y. -- Fire officials continue to look into what caused a fire in Clinton that displaced six families.
The fire broke out Wednesday at the Olde Carriage House Apartments. Two people were rescued from the second floor of the building by jumping into a pickup truck that a neighbor had pulled up to the burning building.
Neighbors said one person was taken to the hospital, but officials couldn't confirm that. The Red Cross is helping the 14 people who lived in the four units affected by the fire.
