TIOGA COUNTY, Pa. -- A young man is dead after a crash in Tioga County, Pennsylvania. It happened around 3:00 a.m. Sunday morning in Richmond Township.

State Police said Tyler Fleming, 18, of Mansfield, was traveling south on South Main Street when he veered towards the opposite lane and struck a State Route 15 overpass. His truck than rolled over, resting on the passenger side.

Troopers said Fleming was not wearing a seatbelt at the time. No word yet on what caused the crash.
