UTICA, N.Y. -- Two people were arrested and accused of stealing more than $16,000 worth of merchandise from a Utica WalMart. Police say a store employee and a customer had been working together to steal electronics since April of this year.
Anthony Sitts, 20, and Elizabeth Johnson, 33, were arrested. Sitts is charged with felony grand larceny. Johnson faces a petit larceny charge.
