SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- Several people were injured and three more are in custody following a large fight that ended with a hit and run crash in Syracuse.

Police say a fight broke out on the 700 block of Catherine Street a little before 5:30 p.m. Wednesday night over a dispute between neighbors.

Two people were cut during the fight and taken to area hospitals with minor injuries.

During the fight, or right after, police say a man driving an SUV down Catherine Street swerved onto the curb, hitting four women. They were all taken to area hospitals with non-life-threatening injuries.

Another woman, upset by the fight, was taken to the hospital for evaluation because she is pregnant.

Police made three arrests of people involved in the original fight. They say charges are still pending against Lori Martineau, Sara Martineau and Ramon Vega.

Investigators are also still searching for the SUV and its driver.
