Two people injured in Rome house fire
ROME, N.Y. -- Two people were injured in an early morning house fire. The fire broke out around 4 a.m. at a two-family home on 920 Floyd Avenue.
Officials say it started in the attic and spread to the second floor. Two people inside at the time of the fire are being treated for injuries, but the extent of those injuries is unknown.
Fire crews are investigating to determine a cause.
