SYRACUSE, N.Y. - After going hitless in the first 14 at-bats of his rehab from a broken wrist, Jayson Werth finally broke through on Saturday with two hits and three RBI to help the Chiefs win 6-4 over Lehigh Valley.

Jeff Mandel did the bulk of the mound work for Syracuse, allowing just one run over seven innings and striking out five.

The Chiefs, who have won three-straight games for the first time in more than a month, next play a doubleheader with the IronPigs Sunday starting at 3 o'clock.
