JEFFERSON COUNTY, N.Y. -- Jefferson County Sheriff's deputies say a man was killed during a farming accident Wednesday afternoon. It happened near State Route 12 in the Town of Champion.

Deputies say Douglas Murray, 83, was working on a tractor when the support block moved, causing him to get pinned under the equipment.
