STEUBEN COUNTY, N.Y. -- A judge is expected to issue a statement by the end of next week on the fate of a former tour boat that's now docked in Steuben County. The town of Urbana has been trying to have the Keuka Maid evicted since 2010.

The Keuka Maid has been out of service for several years after new state inspection laws went into place. The town supervisor says last week, a jury ruled that the boat is squatting at its current location.

The judge is expected to issue a statement on that ruling by August 10th.
