SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- Three men were arrested following a burglary and an attempted burglary at two Syracuse smoke shops Thursday morning.

After responding to a call about two men wearing black hats and bandanas over their faces exiting a dark colored sedan, police found a window and door shattered at the Tripp Hill Smoke Shop on Avery Avenue. That was around 12:30 a.m.

About an hour later, they discovered that Tebb’s Headshop on North Salina Street had been broken into. Shortly after, officers stopped a car at the intersection of Solar and Spencer Street that matched the description given to police earlier.

Kenneth Wilcox, 18, Christopher Scott, 20, and Tyler Cifra, 26, were taken into custody and face several charges. They are being held at the Onondaga County Justice Center.
