BANGOR, N.Y. -- A crash in the North Country on Saturday morning leaves one dead. State Police said two cars collided when the drivers both lost control on County Route 8 in Bangor around 4:00 a.m.

Cody O'Connor, 21, of Moira, was pronounced dead at the scene. Justin Supernault, 21, of Brushton, was taken to a Vermont Hospital with facial fractures. Police are still investigating what caused the crash.
