Legal Eagle: Holmes' psychiatrist concerned over behavior
A court document filed last week revealed that the man accused of a deadly movie theater shooting was a patient of a University of Colorado psychiatrist before the July 20 killings. The psychiatrist was reportedly so concerned about James Holmes' behavior that she mentioned it to her colleagues, saying he could potentially be of danger to others. Holmes is accused of killing 12 people and wounding 58, during a screening of the new Batman film in Aurora, Colorado. Here to talk about the case is our Legal Eagle Paul DerOhannesian.
