TIOGA COUNTY, Pa. -- An ATV crash in Tioga County, Pennsylvania sent one woman to the hospital. Authorities say Patricia Williams, 47, was driving on State Route 414 in Morris, when a large section of a tree fell and hit her.

Williams then left the roadway and hit the ditch along the side of the road. She was taken to Soldiers and Sailors Hospital before being flown to Robert Packer Memorial hospital with serious injuries.

Williams was given three tickets, including one for operating the ATV on streets and highways.
