LIVERPOOL, N.Y. -- Crews responded to a basement fire at a Liverpool hotel Monday. It happened a little before noon at the Hampton Inn on 7th North Street.

Four fire departments responded to the fire, which officials say started in the basement boiler room.

The hotel was evacuated, but no injuries were reported and guests were allowed back in.
