BRADFORD COUNTY, PA -- The trial of a Florida woman accused of killing a Pennsylvania woman is set to continue today. Emily Bellows-Shaffer, 55, of Florida is charged with criminal homicide.

Investigators say she killed Carol Hickok, 65, on September 10th of 2010, when the two got into a fight and Hickok hit her head on a dresser.

On Wednesday, pathologist Samuel Land testified that the head trauma was not enough to kill the victim and that Hickok actually died from strangulation.

Bellows-Shaffer has been held at the Bradford County Jail since her arrest last July.
