ADDISON, N.Y. -- A Steuben County man is accused of breaking into a local business. State Police said Jesse Tomlinson, 22, of Addison, broke into the Sugar Creek Store on Main Street in the village early on Saturday morning.

According to investigators, Tomlinson stole cigarettes before running off. They said the cigarettes were recovered at his home. Tomlinson is charged with third degree burglary. He was arraigned and sent to the Steuben County Jail on $5,000 bail.
