FAYETTEVILLE, N.Y. -- A Fayetteville man is behind bars this morning for two recent bank robberies.
Investigators said Ajdin Catal, 19, stole cash from the SECNY Credit Union in Manlius on Friday, and from an M&T Bank in Fayetteville on Saturday.
Manlius Police said that the Onondaga Sheriff's Department and the Syracuse Police Department did help in the case. Catal was charged with two counts of third-degree robbery and one count each of third and fourth degree grand larceny.
Police said Catal will appear to answer those charges in both Manlius and Fayetteville courts on Tuesday, August 13th.
Meanwhile, Manlius Police are still investigating the robberies. They're asking anyone with information to call them at (315) 682-2212.
