BINGHAMTON, N.Y. -- The body found at the Aqua Terra Park in the town of Binghamton has been identified. The Broome County Sheriff's Office says the body found was that of Andrew Pedley, 28.

Pedley's body was found last Friday, August 10th, when a fisherman called saying there was a body floating approximately 20 feet from shore. The autopsy determined that he accidentally drowned at some point on August 8th.
