ONEIDA COUNTY, N.Y. -- A Rochester man has been arrested for allegedly having sexual contact with a teenager from Rome. The Oneida County Child Advocacy Center says Scott Saint Denny, 44, traveled to Rome to meet and have sexual contact with a 15-year-old boy.

Saint Denny is charged with criminal sexual act. He was arraigned and sent to the Oneida County Jail on $20,000 bail.
