CHEMUNG COUNTY, N.Y. -- Elmira Heights Police arrested a man for a strong arm robbery.

Authorities say Robert Comfort, 35, entered Double Play Sports Cards on East 14th Street around 1 p.m. Saturday, attacked the store clerk and stole his money.

After investigating, police arrested Comfort at his residence. He was sent to Chemung County Jail on $20,000 cash bail.

The store clerk was treated for minor injuries at the store.
