UTICA, N.Y. -- An apartment fire is under investigation in Utica. The fire broke out just before 10:30 pm on Sunday at the Algonquin Apartments on Genesee Street.

Officials said the fire started on the first floor but they are still looking into the cause. There were some residents who were treated for minor injuries, mostly for smoke inhalation.
