Union Springs man charged with arson, burglary

CAYUGA COUNTY, N.Y. -- An arrest has been made in a Union Springs arson from last month. The fire happened July 30th at a vacant home on Park Street.
The Cayuga County Sheriff's Office arrested James Workman, 24, of Union Springs. He is charged with felony arson, as well as burglary and petit larceny.
Investigators say the vacant home was also broken into and burglarized for copper material two days prior.
