SENECA COUNTY, N.Y. -- A Seneca County woman was arrested after police say she had sex with a 14-year-old boy. They say Dawn Planty, 45, of Prospect Street allowed the 14 year old to consume alcohol and then had sex with him.

The incident took place on Peterman Road in Seneca Falls.

Planty was arraigned in the Village of Waterloo court on rape, endangering the welfare of a child and unlawfully dealing with a child.

She pleaded not guilty to the charges. A judge set bail at $5,000 cash or $10,000 bond.
