COOPERSTOWN, N.Y. -- The father and uncle of a Cooperstown boy serving time for attempted murder now face possible jail time themselves.

Tony Pacherille, 45, and his brother, Angelo David Pacherille, 55, have been charged with aggravated harassment for posts on a website.

In April of 2010, Anthony Pacherille, 16, shot Wesley Lippitt, 17, at a Cooperstown police station before turning the gun on himself.

Last year, the Otsego County Sheriff's office began investigating an "alarming, annoying and harassing post" on a website. Investigators seized and analyzed three laptops from Tony Pacherille's home and found one of the computers was used to set up the harassing website.

Special prosecutors are handling the case.

The men could face up to a year in prison if they are convicted.
