NORTH CAROLINA -- A woman's body has been found inside a car belonging to a former Central New Yorker who's been missing since October.

Elizabeth Stonger's car was found Monday morning in a ravine in McDowell County, North Carolina. The body that was found inside has not yet been identified.

Stonger went to Cicero-North Syracuse High School. She moved to Lowell, North Carolina and was last seen at the Belmont Wal-Mart on October 14th. Her cell phone was triangulated to the McDowell County area. That's where authorities have been conducting most of their searches.
