Men face charges after fight at Pennsylvania gentlemen's club
ELMIRA, N.Y. -- Two Elmira men are awaiting extradition to Pennsylvania after a fight at a gentlemen's club last month. Authorities say the fight broke out at Fred's Gentlemen's Club in Tioga County, Pennsylvania after a patron was allegedly hit in the head with a glass bottle by Ramonn Driscoll, 21.
When the bouncer intervened, Investigators say Driscoll's 20-year-old brother, Rashad, pulled out a handgun and attempted to shoot the bouncer. But, before the gun could be fired, investigators say another patron wrestled the gun away.
Ramonn Driscoll was arrested shortly after the incident and charged with assault. Rashad Driscoll was arrested Friday. He faces attempted criminal homicide and other charges. Both are being held at the Chemung County Prison.
