CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY, N.Y. -- The man accused of murdering Clymer's school superintendent is set to return to Western New York this week to face a judge.

The Chautauqua County District Attorney says Anthony Taglianetti, 42, will appear in court Wednesday. He faces second degree murder charges in the shooting death of Clymer superintendent Keith Reed Jr. back in September.

Reed spent years working in the Southern Tier, including most recently as a principal at Sherburne-Earlville.

Taglianetti is facing a maximum of 25 years to life in prison if convicted of the crime.
