ONONDAGA COUNTY, N.Y. -- Snowy conditions led to a number of accidents around Central and Northern New York Saturday.
Dozens of crashes were called into the 911 center in Onondaga County. At times, authorities shut down parts of Interstates 81 and 481.
Authorities in Cortland County have issued a travel advisory running through Sunday morning.
The problems are stemming from windy conditions, which combined with the falling snow, greatly reduce visibility for drivers.
