CHEMUNG COUNTY, N.Y. -- Chemung County investigators say they have caught the two men who burglarized a Big Flats Target almost a year ago and who they say tried to get in again just a few days ago.

Here you can see surveillance footage from just after 2 a.m. January 19th. It shows a man stealing about $5,000 worth of Apple iPads.

But deputies say the break in the case came as the pair tried to rob the same Target Christmas morning. Again, they were captured on video, just before 2:30 a.m. You can see them here trying to break in without success and running away.

Authorities say they spotted the two suspects again early Sunday morning, intending to break in yet again.

They were arrested and identified as James Dandrea, 24, and Marc Emanuel, 24, both from Horseheads.

Both men were arraigned on felony charges of third degree burglary.
