ST. LAWRENCE COUNTY, N.Y. -- A St. Lawrence County man has been accused of sexually abusing a minor.

Sheriff's investigators say Robert Webb, 50, of Gouverneur, had sexual contact with a child under the age of 13 in Potsdam this past summer.

Webb is a registered sex offender from a previous conviction. He has now been charged with first degree sexual abuse.
