ONEIDA COUNTY, N.Y. -- The third man arrested for a 2011 murder in Utica is headed to prison. Dominique Cook, 28, was sentenced to 15 years behind bars after pleading guilty to attempted murder in the shooting death of Anthony Garner.

According to prosecutors, Cook, Octavius Garret, and Marshall Jackson were caught on surveillance video attacking the victim in May 2011.

Jackson was convicted at trial early last year and sentenced to 25 years in prison. Garrett was sentenced to 15 years in prison earlier this month after reaching a plea deal.
