CENTRAL AND NORTHERN NEW YORK -- Snow and freezing rain led to a slick morning commute for drivers across Central and Northern New York. Most areas only saw a couple inches of accumulation, but it was enough to make for hazardous driving conditions.
The snow was happy news for some kids though, as numerous school districts closed or released early for the day. You can keep track of all the closings through our Closings page.
