Bills Resume On-Field Work Tuesday
The Bills took a break from workouts on Monday following Sunday's night practice. The team will be back on the field Tuesday afternoon at 3, and the session is open to the public.
Bills center Eric Wood is working his way back from a knee injury that ended his 2011 season. He's been held out of team drills in the early going of camp, but Chan Gailey said Wood should see increased work as time goes on.
Wood says his knee has felt great so far in individual drills and it may be near 100 percent. He's excited to get back.
"My knee is feeling pretty good. We’re just trying to take it slow and be patient. Shoot, it’s not even August yet. So there’s a lot of time until September 9th when it counts, and that’s kind of the approach that we’re taking, but hopefully next week I’ll be back out on the field and doing all the team reps and everything," said Wood.
