ELMIRA, N.Y. -- One Elmira business has expanded and moved to a new location. Manpower is now located at 1325 College Avenue in Elmira.

They held a ribbon cutting ceremony in the new space Thursday. The new location is larger and part of the company's re-branding effort.

Manpower works to employ Southern Tier residents at area companies. Their branch manager says this move will make them more accessible and inviting to those who are looking for work.

"We think this lends itself, this new space, to have people come in and feel really good about coming in for a job and working with Manpower both from individuals coming in that are looking for jobs as well as clients who we bring in and want to discuss possible needs that they have right now and in the future," said branch manager Lori Kain.

Manpower has been part of the Southern Tier for 40 years and currently serves both small and large businesses.
